Two more cities have pulled out of the Regional Transportation Authority in central Oklahoma as it considers funding for a commuter rail connecting Edmond and Norman and bus rapid transit to Tinker Air Force Base.
The Oklahoman reported Moore and Del City withdrew from the Authority while talks are underway to see if the city of Yukon might be interested in joining the venture.
