Mammoth Energy’s approaching annual meeting of stockholders will be an in-person gathering in Oklahoma City.
It will not be a virtual meeting like previous ones prompted by the COVID-19 pandemic. In announcing the in person meeting in a proxy statement filed with the SEC, Mammoth stated that it would continue to monitor the public health, travel and business and social gathering concerns of stockholders and employees.
The firm said it plans to take necessary and appropriate precautions with respect to attendance and admission to the meeting.
The meeting will be held Wednesday, June 29 at 9 a.m. at 14201 Caliber Drive Suite 300 in Oklahoma City.
Stockholders will elect six directors to serve for the coming year, vote on executive compensation and ratify the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as the firm’s independent auditors.
The nominees for directors include: Arthur Amron, Corey Booker, Paul Jacobi, James Palm, Arthur Smith, and Arty Straehla.
