ONE Gas, Inc. plans a release of its first quarter 2022 earnings report on Monday, May 2, 2022.
The information and data will be released after the close of market. The following day, May 3 at 10 a.m. Central Time, the company’s executive management team will participate in a conference call.
The company reported earnings in February of $1.12 per share at the close of its fourth quarter. Its net income for the quarter totaled $60.5 million compared with $58.3 million a year earlier.
Its operating income for the quarter was also up the upswing. It totaled $87 million compared with $85 million in the fourth quarter 2020. It attributed the growth due to three things–
- A $9.5 million increase from new rates, primarily in Oklahoma and Texas;
- A $5.6 million decrease in bad debt expense; and
- A $1.8 million increase attributed primarily to net residential customer growth.
