Wellston State Rep. Kevin Wallace isn’t saying much to a report that as the author of a controversial bill to extend the Kickapoo Turnpike around Arcadia Lake is also a road builder who did subcontracting work on several state highway projects.
The report by The Oklahoman indicated Wallace has declined requests for interviews about the subject.
