Williams plans to announce its fourth-quarter and full-year 2021 financial results after the market closes on Monday, Feb. 21, 2022.
The company is scheduled to host its 2022 Analyst Day event on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022 beginning at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (7:30 a.m. Central Time). During the event, Williams’ management will give in-depth presentations covering the company’s natural gas infrastructure strategy to meet growing clean energy demands.
These presentations will highlight the company’s efficient operations, disciplined project execution, strong financial position and 2022 financial guidance.
The Tulsa company is looking to expand on its third quarter 2021 when it had $164 million in net income or 13 cents per diluted share. Its adjusted EBITDA was $1.420 billion, up $153 million or 12% from the third quarter of 2020.
The earnings report prompted Alan Armstrong, president and chief executive officer to call it “exceptional results.” He also said as a result of the strong earnings, Williams would raise its 2021 financial guidance for the second time during the year.
