Kingfisher County, Oklahoma - Wikipedia

We’re long past the point of sounding like a broken record with reports on massive STACK completions reported by Ovintiv Inc.

But the company filed reports in the past week showing an astounding 5,000 barrel a day of oil production from a 3-well single pad site and more than 4,500 barrels of oil from a 5-well single pad site—both in Kingfisher County. That’s close to 10,000 barrels of oil a day from two sites.

The largest combined production was 5,007 barrels a day from the Mike 1708 wells located about 9 miles northwest of the city of Kingfisher. The legal site was 29 17N 8W and the largest of the wells produced 2,159 barrels of oil a day along with 2,927 Mcf of natural gas from a drilled depth of 18,950 feet upon completion in  August 2021.

A second Mike 1708 well produced 1,612 barrels of oil a day and 3,399 Mcf of natural gas. Drilled depth was 19,110 feet and completion was made August 2021. The third Mike 1708 well had production of 1,236 barrels of oil a day and 1,466 Mcf of natural gas with a drilled depth of 19,129 feet. It too was completed in August 2021.

Not quite a month later, Ovintiv completed 5 wells at 20 16N 7W on the west side of the city of Kingfisher. Combined production from the M&M Fed and Pearl PIU wells was 4,556 barrels of oil a day. The production included 758 barrels of oil a day and 2,554 Mcf of natural gas from M&M Fiu 1607 4h-20x; 1,132 barrels of oil a day and 5,042 Mcf of natural gas from M&M Fed 1607 3h-20x; 817 barrels of oil a day and 3,041 Mcf daily from Pearl Fiu 1607 3h-17x; 1,438 barrels of oil a day and 3,152 Mcf of natural gas from M&M Fed 1607 2h-20x; and 411 barrels of oil a day and 2,275 Mcf of natural gas from Pearl FIU 1607 2h-17x.
