In a weekend announcement, the Biden administration said it will suspend any decisions about new oil and gas drilling in the middle of a legal fight with 10 Republican states over how to calculate the cost of fossil fuel-driven climate change.
The original lawsuit was brought by Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Dakota, Texas, West Virginia and Wyoming reported HuffPost.
