Eastern Arkansas will become the home of an electric vehicle manufacturing plant.
Envirotech Vehicles Inc. of Corona, California announced Tuesday it will build a manufacturing plant in Osceola next to the Mississippi River and employ 800 workers reported Arkansas Business.
