While the Biden administration has been supportive of more development of ethanol as a climate-change preventive fuel, a new study shows that corn-based ethanol is a bigger contributor to global warming than straight gasoline.

The study was published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and flies in the face of USDA research which contended ethanol was green and helpful of combating climate change reported Reuters.
