Energy Transfer faces criminal environmental charges in Pennsylvania

Dallas-based Energy Transfer, the company that recently completed a $7 billion acquisition of Oklahoma’s Enable Midstream faces criminal and environmental charges over a 2018 pipeline explosion of one of its subsidiaries in Pennsylvania.

Attorney General Josh Shapiro and a statewide grant jury recommended nine counts over the construction of the Revolution Pipeline reported the Allegheny Front.
