Another fall for crude oil prices both in the U.S. and in Europe. On the same day, losses outnumbered gains for Oklahoma energy stocks.
West Texas Intermediate crude for March delivery dropped $1.96 or 2.15% to $89.36 a barrel on Tuesday at the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Global benchmark Brent crude for April delivery dropped $1.91 to $90.78 a barrel.
March natural gas rose 2 cents to $4.25 per 1,000 cubic feet.
Losses led gainers for Oklahoma energy stocks. Matrix Services led gainers with a nearly 3% increase for the day while Laredo Petroleum lost more than 6%.

EOG Resources (EOG) down 3.16 at 111.53 – change 2.76%
ExxonMobil (XOM) down 2.13 at 80.26 – change 2.59%
Kinder Morgan (KMI) down 0.17 at 17.29 – change 0.98%
Marathon Oil Corp. (MRO) down 0.50 at 21.11 – change 2.32%
