Court to hear Colorado county’s challenge to crude carrying rail line

A Colorado county fighting a proposed new rail line in Utah will get its chance to be heard in federal court in Washington, D.C.

Eagle County situated along Interstate 70 is fighting the Unita Basin line because of the crude oil that it might carry on various routes in Colorado. The line won approval from the U.S. Surface Transportation Board.
