AG now says he won’t sue energy companies over winter storm prices

Oklahoma Attorney General John O’Connor apparently is not going to charge up to 100 energy companies with price gouging following high prices during the February 2021 winter storm.

The Oklahoman reported  O’Connor has notified some natural gas companies that they won’t be facing any state lawsuits over what happened during the historic eve.
