Oil and gas leasing on federal lands in North Dakota and Montana is expected to resume early this year after the Biden administration put a halt to the effort nearly one year ago.
The Bureau of Land Management is planning a lease sale of 6,850 federally owned mineral acres in western North Dakota and eastern Montana reported the Bismarck Tribune.
