Environmental groups don’t think the EPA has done enough to clamp down on ozone pollution—especially in the state’s northern counties where there are extensive oil and gas operations.

The Colorado Sun reports some groups are threatening the Environmental Protection Agency with a lawsuit for missing a deadline to put the northern Front Range counties in a “severe” category for ozone pollution.
