Williams plans to announce its third-quarter 2021 financial results after the market closes on Monday, Nov. 1, 2021.
The company’s third-quarter 2021 earnings conference call and webcast with analysts and investors is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. Central Time.
The company’s second quarter earnings released in August had results exceeding expectations and showed a trend toward the higher end of previously increased 2021 financial guidance.
Net income in the second quarter was $304 million or 25 cent per diluted share. Williams also reported second quarter cash flow of $1.1 billion from operations, a drop of $86 million or 8% from the second quarter 2020.
Adjusted EBITDA was $1.317 billion, up $77 million or 6% from a year earlier.
