ONE Gas, Inc. will release its second quarter 2021 earnings after the market closes on Monday, August 2, 2021.
The ONE Gas executive management team will participate in a conference call the following day, Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (10 a.m. Central Daylight Time).
In the first quarter, the company had net income of $95.6 million or $1.79 per diluted share compared with $91.7 million or $1.72 a share in the first quarter of 2020.
The company also endured the historic February cold weather and was forced to issue $1.7 billion in 2 and 3-year fixed rate senior notes and $800 million of 2-year floating rate senior notes. Proceeds were used to pay the gas purchase costs during Winter Storm Uri.
