Shareholders in ONEOK wrapped up their annual meeting last week with an election of 11 directors and approval of the compensation for company executives.

In a filing with the Securities Exchange Commission, the company also revealed the votes for and against the directors who were chosen for one-year terms.

The elected directors are:  Brian L. Dirksen, Julie H. Edwards, John W. Gibson, Mark W. Helderman, Randall J. Larson, Steven J. Malcolm, Jim W. Mogg, Pattye L. Moore, Eduardo A. Rodriguez, Gerald B. Smith and Terry K. Spencer.

Shareholders also voted approval PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent auditor for the company.

The compensation plan for company executives won approval on a vote of 290,229,026 in favor and 11,767,606 against while 3,385,445 abstained.
