Government leaders in New Mexico announced they plan to create “Clean Car Rules” for their state in a move to make sure there are more “climate-friendly” cars on the road.
Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham recently made the announcement and said the state will work with the city of Albuquerque to adopt the clean car rules by spring of next year.
