Leaders in North Dakota believe their state will get $1 billion more in oil and gas revenue than they had planned for the state budget.
Higher oil prices are leading the way as North Dakota, a state with heavy investments by some Oklahoma energy firms such as Continental Resources, could get up to $4 billion in oil tax revenue reported the Grand Forks Herald.
