Helmerich and Payne planning 2Q earnings report in April

 

 

Helmerich & Payne is planning to release its second quarter 2021 fiscal earnings report on Friday April 30 as investors await word whether the company has managed to turn around increased losses in the past two quarters.

The Tulsa company said it will also hold a conference call at 10 a.m. Central Time featuring President and CEO John Lindsay; Senior Vice President and CFO Mark Smith; and Vice President of Investor Relations Dave Wilson.

Investors will have an opportunity to learn whether the company has rebounded from a first quarter net loss of $70 million or 66 cents a diluted share from operating revenues of $246 million for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2020. The $70 million loss compared to a $59 million loss on revenues of $208 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2020.
