Drop in oil prices leaves Oklahoma energy stocks weakened

Monday turned out to be another day of falling crude oil prices both in the U.S. and overseas and most Oklahoma energy stocks followed suit.

West Texas Intermediate crude for April delivery dropped 22 cents to $65.39 a barrel.

Global benchmark Brent crude for May deliver fell 34 cents to finish the day at $68.88 a barrel.

April natural gas fell 12 cents to $2.48 per 1,000 cubic feet.

Of the Oklahoma energy stocks, Blueknight Energy Partners had a rousing Monday as its shares soared for a nearly 12% gain on a 36 cent increase to $3.43 a share.

Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. added six cents for a 1% gain to $5.91.
Chesapeake Energy was unchanged at $45.75.
Cimarex Energy jumped 76 cents to reach $65.76 for a gain of more than 1%.
Continental Resources, Inc. had a more than 2% gain on a 61 cent increase to $29.29.
Cypress Environmental Partners increased 3 cents for a 1% gain to $3.17.
Devon Energy rose 35 cents for a 1.44% gain to $24.61.
Enable Midstream Partners LP fell 11 cents for a 1.52% loss to $7.12.
Gulfport Energy Corporation gained 0.65% to $0.078 cents.
Helmerich & Payne gained about 1% on a 29 cent jump to $32.72.
LSB Industries closed up 16 cents at $4.93 for a 3.35% gain.
Laredo Petroleum Inc dropped 26 cents for a nearly 1% loss to $42.20.
Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. had a 2.51% gain on a $1.14 jump to $46.52.
Mammoth Energy Services gained 2.65% on a 14 cent increase to $5.42.
Matrix Service Co slipped 24 cents to finish at $15.45 for a loss of 1.53%.
NGL Energy Partners gained 3.52% on an 8 cent increase to $2.50.
OGE Energy Corp. jumped $1.36 to $33.15 for a gain of 4.28T.
ONE Gas Inc. finished up $1.87 at $77.03 and a gain of 2.49%.
ONEOK Inc tumbled 30 cents to $51.29 for a loss of about half a point.
Ovintiv Inc. fell 17 cents to $27.82 and a loss of 0.59%.
PHX Minerals Inc dropped one cent to $3.10 and a loss of 0.32%.
SandRidge Energy slipped 3 cents for a loss of 0.67% to settle at $4.42.
Williams Companies closed down 27 cents at $23.67 for a loss of 1.13%.

Enterprise Products Partners (EPD) up 0.25 at 23.70 – change 1.07%

EOG Resources (EOG) down 0.58 at 74.36 – change 0.77%

ExxonMobil (XOM) down 1.56 at 60.39 – change 2.52%

Kinder Morgan (KMI) down 0.02 at 16.33 – change 0.12%

Marathon Oil Corp. (MRO) down 0.15 at 12.05 – change 1.23%

National Oilwell Varco (NOV) up 0.24 at 16.93 – change 1.44%

Occidental Petroleum (OXY) down 1.33 at 29.30 – change 4.33%

Phillips 66 (PSX) down 0.82 at 87.84 – change 0.92%

Pioneer Natural Resources (PXD) up 0.13 at 165.76 – change 0.08%

Valero (VLO) down 0.57 at 81.83 – change 0.70%
