ONE Gas, Inc. will release its fourth quarter and full year 2020 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2021.
The ONE Gas executive management team will participate in a conference call the following day, Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021, at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (10 a.m. Central Standard Time).
The company’s board of directors recently approved an increased dividend for the first quarter 2021 by 4 cents a share to 58 cents which resulted in an annualized dividend of $2.32 per share.
In November when the results of the last quarter were announced, ONEGas reported net income of $21.1 million or 39 cents a diluted share, up from the $17.5 million a year earlier.
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic the company reported growth in natural gas customers. It averaged nearly 24,000 more sales customers than a year earlier including the connection of 18,600 new customers compared to 14,600 new customers in the same period of 2019.
ONE Gas, headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, provides natural gas distribution services to more than 2 million customers in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Its divisions include Kansas Gas Service, the largest natural gas distributor in Kansas; Oklahoma Natural Gas, the largest in Oklahoma; and Texas Gas Service, the third largest in Texas, in terms of customers.
