Two major oil and gas companies in Oklahoma City will reveal their quarterly earnings reports this week.
Devon Energy and Continental Resources will release their financial details Tuesday and leaders of the two companies will hold conference calls on Wednesday. Both are coming off third quarter losses and the two firms will release their reports after the close of Tuesday’s markets.
Devon plans a fourth-quarter and full-year 2020 earnings conference call at 9 a.m. Central Time on Wednesday. In its third quarter reported last October, the company stated it had a net loss of $92 million or $0.25 per diluted share. Adjusting for items analysts exclude from estimates, the company had a core loss of $12 million or 4 cents a share.
Continental Resources is coming off a $79.4 million third quarter loss or 22 cents per diluted share. The adjusted net loss totaled $58.9 million or 16 cents a share.
The company plans a conference call on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Central Time.
