Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners will meet Wednesday morning at the state capitol for a regular meeting where they will consider extending their COVID-19 restrictions.
The agenda for the 9:30 a.m. meeting includes discussion and a possible vote on an application by Administration Director Tim Rhodes for a proposed sixth order extending the original one made several months ago.
Most of the orders have a lifespan of 60 days and include a restriction on opening the Jim Thorpe headquarters to the public. If approved, the order will also likely include a continuation of virtual meetings for the three regulators.
One other item to be considered is a request by Brandy Wreath, administrator of the Oklahoma Universal Service Fund to create a new assessment of the fund. Commissioners might take a vote on the matter for oral arguments.
