Tennessee-based Delek U.S. has made layoffs at its oil refinery in the St. Landry Parish of Louisiana.
The Advocate in Baton Rouge reported the numbers have not been released, but the company still plans to go ahead with an investment of millions in maintenance work at the Krotz Springs refinery.
