Devon Donates to 21 Emergency Responder Organizations in Western Oklahoma

As part of its commitment to supporting emergency responders in the company’s operating areas, Devon Energy donated to 21 organizations in western Oklahoma.

“Emergency responders must have the proper tools to do their jobs and save lives,” said Tangi Smith, Devon community relations specialist. “Devon is proud to continually support people who protect and serve, especially during these difficult economic times.”Recipients include:

  • Canadian County Sheriff’s Office
  • Cogar Volunteer Fire Department
  • Custer County Sheriff’s Office
  • El Reno Fire Department

  • Greenfield Volunteer Fire Department
  • Hinton Volunteer Fire Department
  • Hydro Volunteer Fire Department

  • Kingfisher County Sheriff’s Office

The donations will help the organizations purchase needed equipment and better serve their local communities.
