Magellan Midstream’s annual meeting to be virtual

Tulsa-based Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. announced it has decided to make its April 23 shareholders meeting a virtual meeting because of the coronavrius pandemic.
The company will hold the meeting via webcast beginning at 10 a.m. Central Time on Thursday, April 23.
It means unit holders will not be able to attend the annual meeting in person.
Unitholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 24, 2020 are entitled to participate in and vote at the annual meeting. The virtual annual meeting will be held at www.meetingcenter.io/218032134.
Once admitted to the meeting, unitholders will be able to submit questions electronically and vote by following the instructions on the meeting website. All unitholders are encouraged to vote and submit proxies in advance of the annual meeting by one of the methods described in the annual meeting proxy materials previously made available.
Magellan owns the longest refined petroleum products pipeline system in the country and has access to nearly 50% of the refining capacity in the U.S.
