An Executive Vice President of NGL Energy Partners picked up 50,000 shares in the company this week.
A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission showed John Ciolek acquired the shares through direct ownership. Ciolek is a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and joined the company in January of this year.
The filing also indicated he approved a power of attorney to three attorneys: Kurston P. McMurray, Sharra Straight and Debbie Sparks.
