Triumph Energy scores big with 4 sister wells in STACK

Tulsa’s Triumph Energy Partners, LLC claims it is focused on acquisition and development of resources in the STACK play and that focus paid off in the past year when four sister wells ended up with combined production of more than 3,000 barrels of oil a day.

The four Copeland wells, located at 36 15N 8W or two miles northwest of Okarche in far southeast Kingfisher County had spud dates in the summer and fall of 2018. A year after completions were made, the company reported them with the Corporation Commission.

The Copeland 8-36 well had production of 818 barrels of oiol a day along with 818 Mcf of natural gas at a depth of 14,069 feet in the Mississippian formation according to its completion report.

Copeland 3-36 had production of 724 barrels of oil a day and 479 Mcf of natural gas from a depth of 14,015 feet according to its completion report.

The completion report for Copeland 2-36 showed production of 735 barrels of oil a day and 697 Mcf of natural gas from a depth of 14,315 feet. The largest well, the Copeland 4-36 produced 954 barrels of oil a day and 1,064 Mcf of natural gas from a depth of 13,915 feet according to its completion report.

Chisholm Oil and Gas Operating LLC filed another long list of completed wells with the most successful being two sister wells in Logan County. The wells, located four miles northwest of Crescent at 29 18N 4W had separate production of 668 and 527 barrels of oil a day, making for a combined production of 1,195 barrels a day.

They were among 29 more completed wells reported by Chisholm Oil and Gas including 5 in Logan County, two in Major County, 22 more in Kingfisher County and one in Blaine County. The Blaine County well, located a mile north of Hitchcock had production of 872 barrels of oil a day and 4,938 Mcf of natural gas from a depth of 14,285 feet.
