Oklahoma City-based Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc. plans to release its results for its fiscal 2019 year ended Sept. 30,2019 in a few weeks.
The earnings report will be made available Dec. 12 after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The company will also hold a conference call to discuss the results at 4 p.m. central standard time on the same day.
Management’s discussion will be followed by a question and answer session with investors.
At the end of Panhandle’s third quarter on June 30, the company reported net income in the first nine months of 2019 had grown to $15.4 million or 92 cents a share compared to $14.1 million and 83 cents a share in the same period of 2018.
Net income for the quarter grew to $4.6 million or 28 cents a share compared to an $800,000 or 5-cents a share loss in the 2018 quarter. Panhandle also managed to repurchase $6.5 million of stock in the first nine months of the year and reduced debt from $51 million to $38 million.
