Jean C. Leger Jr. who is Vice President of Utility Operations disposed of 20,374.8446 shares valued at $42.24 each.
Jerry A. Peace, the company’s Vice President of Integrated Resource Planning and Development disposed of 4,000 shares valued at $42.281 each.
The third director was Charles B. Walworth who is the Company Treasurer. he disposed of 2,975 shares and each was valued at $42.08.
