Open season announced on another pipeline out of the Permian Basin

Phillips 66 Partners and Kinder Morgan, Inc. have announced the start of a joint open season on a joint pipeline operation to move more oil out of the Permian Basin to the Houston Ship Channel.

The season applies to the Gray Oak Pipeline. The joint transportation service offering from the two firms is part of the Gray Oak Pipeline expansion open season currently open to interested shippers.

Headquartered in Houston, Phillips 66 Partners is a growth-oriented master limited partnership formed by Phillips 66 to own, operate, develop and acquire primarily fee-based crude oil, refined petroleum products and natural gas liquids pipelines, terminals and other midstream assets.

Kinder Morgan, Inc.  is one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America. It owns or operates nearly 84,000 miles of pipelines and 157 terminals.
