The Oklahoma Corporation Commission will hold a regular meeting Thursday morning at which time it will consider proposed orders.
One is for a public hearing to review and monitor the application of a fuel adjustment clause of Empire District Electric Company, a Kansas Corporation.
The commission will consider two requests from Windstream Nuvox for funding from the Oklahoma Universal Service Fund. Nuvox wants to provide a telemedicine line to Caring Hands healthcare centers in McAlester and Hartshorne.
Aristotle Unified Communications LLC has applied for designation as a eligible telecommunications carrier in order to get federal universal service support from the FCC Connect America Fund.
The Commission also has a long list of pooling orders on its agenda.
