An SEC filing has been made by Oklahoma Gas and Electric reflecting acquisition of shares by members of the Board of Directors.
Five of the directors, Sheila Talton, Robert O. Lorenz, Judy R. McReynolds, Frank A. Bozich and James H. Brandi each acquired 3,028.1 shares in a Dec. 11 transaction, according to the Form 4 document on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Director Peter D. Clarke acquired 2,775.751 shares. David L. Hauser picked up 3,046.269 shares.
The filings showed director J. Michael Sanner acquired 3,149.224 shares while Luke R. Corbett acquired 3,633.72 shares.
