Devon Energy’s sent its proxy information for its upcoming June 6 annual shareholders meeting to be held at its Oklahoma City headquarters.
The mailer, filed this week with the Securities and Exchange Commission notified shareholders how to obtain the annual report and explained methods of voting.
Shareholders will have the option of voting in person, by Internet and by mail.
The notice also listed the company’s 10 nominees for its board of directors: Barbara M., Baumann, John E. Bethancourt, David A. Hager, Robert H. Henry, Michael M. Kanovsky, John Krenicki Jr., Robert A. Mosbacher Jr., Duane C. Radtke, Mary P. Ricciardello and John Richels.
