Responses to a Freedom of Information Act request landed U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt in hot water with critics, according to a report by News9.com.

Records revealed that the EPA director traveled back to Oklahoma on ten occasions at taxpayer expense for weekends during his first three months in office. The travel expense amounted to $15,000.

Pruitt usually departed the nation’s capital on Fridays and returned on Mondays, according to the FOIA request.
