Another non-public meeting by Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners was revealed this week when the commission filed an Open Meeting Act Exempt Event form.

Commissioners revealed in a public posting made April 2 that they met privately with certain staffers for 15 minutes on March 27. Commissioners Kim David, Brian Bingman and Todd Hiett were present along with Jeff Kline, the legal advisor to Commissioner David; Erica O’Neal, a Regulatory Assistant/Paralegal to David; Nicole King, legal adviser to Commissioner Hiett; Matt Mullins, Senior Deliberations Attorney to Commissioner Bingman, Louis Jackson, Advisor and assistant to Bingman; and Henry Berry, an intern to commissioner Bingman.

The form indicated there was discussion on the current status of the Tulsa Commission office to begin conducting Commission meetings at the location.

Commissioners and the staff also discussed the current status on pending legislation for SB998, HB2747 and HB2603 and the upcoming posting for the Special Commission meeting that was held April 1.
