A $2 annualized dividend was declared this week by Williams board of directors in Tulsa.
The big energy company said approval was for a regular dividend of 50 cents a share which figured to $2 a year per share. The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2025 to holders of record at the close of business on June 13.
It also represents a 5.3% increase from the company’s 2024 quarterly dividend whicch was $0.4750 per share. Williams staed it has paid a common stock dividend every quarter since 1974
