Gulfport Energy Corporation plans to hold its 2025 annual meeting of stockholders on May 21 in Oklahoma City.
It will be an “in person” meeting starting at 9 a.m. at 713 Market Drive.
In a proxy notice in the past few days, the company released the agenda which included the election of seven directors to the board, the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as the independent auditors and the compensation paid to the named executive officers.
