The firm, with major operations in Oklahoma, plans to release the results prior to a Jan. 22, 2025 conference call. The call will begin at 8 a.m. Central Time.

Halliburton’s third quarter results, announced early in November included net income of $571 million or 65 cents a share. It was down from the $709 million and 80 cents a share results in the second quarter of the year.
Adjusted net income in the third quarter was $641 million or 73 cents a diluted share. It came on total revenue of $5.7 billion in the second quarter compared to $5.8 billion in the second quarter.
