DEQ wants input on proposed rules

 

The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is requesting stakeholder input in advance of policy development. Input is requested by February 3, 2025.

DEQ is requesting input on policies that will be incorporated into state rules and, eventually, state 111(d) plans. Documents clarifying the requests for input are now available:

Electric Generation Sector State 111(d) Plan – Request for Stakeholder Input

Members of the public (including industry stakeholders, government entities, Tribal Partners, civic organizations, and the public at large) are encouraged to participate at every step of the process. To that end, DEQ has established email addresses for these sectors. Please submit questions, policy suggestions, a request for a meeting, or other input to the email address for the sector of interest:
