Thursday’s trading saw crude oil prices close slightly higher as US crude stocks saw a drop in supplies.
West Texas Intermediate, the U.S. benchmark gained 27 cents or 0.4% to close at $68.70 per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Global benchmark Brent crude picked up 28 cents or 0.4% and finished the day at $72.56 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe.
Natural gas down 0.20 at $2.79 – change 6.64%.
Most Oklahoma energy stocks were in negative territory on Thursday including Canoo with a 14% drop, Empire Petroleum down 7% and Helmerich & Payne with a 6% loss. But PHX Minerals had a 9% gain for the day.
