Bingman will join Corporation Commissioners Kim David and Todd Hiett who are also Republicans.
His election means that all three of the regulators are from around Tulsa and the northeastern part of the state. It also means the Corporation Commission will be made up of legislative leaders who were term-limited in the House and Senate.
