Halliburton Company announced that its board of directors has declared a 2024 third quarter dividend of seventeen cents ($0.17) a share on the Company’s common stock payable on September 25, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 4, 2024.
Headquartered in Houston, Halliburton has major offices in Duncan in southern Oklahoma. The company was originally founded in Oklahoma before later moving its headquarters to Texas.
