Three years after OK Energy Today reported how Oklahoma farmers were angry with Cheniere Energy’s failure to complete land restoration following construction of its 200-mile Midship pipeline in the state, the farmers have gone to court.
Some of the farmers from Canadian and Kingfisher counties recently filed a federal lawsuit—they had tired of dealing with the energy company and the federal government.
News 9 TV news reported a consulting firm went to court on behalf of 35 farmers and landowners.
