Reports indicate that US crude oil inventories were up by 1.2-million barrels for the week ending last Friday.
The US Energy Information Administration doesn’t include the Strategic Oil Petroleum Reserve in those figures.
The EIA reports inventories are about 4% below the five-year average for this time of year.
