Results of Vital Energy’s recent annual shareholders meeting were revealed this week in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Shareholders approved the election of three directors, Jarvis V. Hollingsworth, Lisa M.Lambert and Lori A. Lancaster.
They also voted to appoint Ernst & Young as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024.
Compensation of executive officers was also approved by the shareholders vote.
As of March 26, 2024, the record date for the Annual Meeting, there were 36,661,788 shares of Common Stock outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting and a total of 30,412,891 shares (approximately 82.95%) were represented in person or by proxy at the Annual Meeting, constituting a quorum.
