Annual shareholders meetings for ONEOK and Gulfport Energy will be held Wednesday.
ONEOK’s will be a virtual meeting starting at 9 a.m. Central Time.
The shareholders are asked to vote on the election of 10 director nominees, ratification of Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for ONEOK and on the executive compensation.
Gulfport Energy’s meeting, to be held at the company headquarters located at 713 Market Drive in Oklahoma City,will include the election of seven directors. The meeting begins at 9 a.m.
Shareholders are also asked to ratify the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as the firm’s independent auditors and approve of the executive compensation.
The seven directors include chairman Timothy Cutt, David Wolf, Jason Martinez, Jeannie Powers, David Reganato, John Reinhart who is Gulfport’s President and CEO and Mary Shafer-Malicki.
