Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners are to meet Thursday to consider actions that will affect the rates paid by utility consumers.
During the 1:30 p.m. meeting, the three commissioners will hold a public hearing on OGE’s application for a fuel adjustment clause case (PUD2023-000055). The hearing will also focus on the utility’s financial hedging program.
A hearing will also be held on a request by Oklahoma Natural Gas for approval of its schedule to review and consider performance based rate change plan calculations for the 12-months ending Dec. 31, 2023. Another part of the request (PUD2024-000010)focuses on notice requirements.
The same filing also seeks a protective order from the commission.
